The Children's Meetinghouse is a small child care center located in the heart of Concord, MA. We offer small child to teacher ratios, planning time for educators, team teaching experiences, competitive pay, summers off and tuition assistance for our educators children to attend our school. After one year of employment we offer an opportunity to enjoy a trip to Reggio Emilia Italy to experience their schools and join the international study group in April.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role for an Early Childhood Educator at The Children's Meetinghouse in Concord, MA. The role involves fostering a safe and nurturing environment for young children, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborating with families and staff to support the children's growth and development.
Qualifications
Possess a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Demonstrate a passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues
Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
Ability to create and maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children
Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in an educational setting
