The Buyer I will support client's Procurement Team in placing and managing orders for materials necessary for deploying robotic fulfillment centers. The role involves close coordination with the global supply base to ensure orders are processed, expedited, tracked, and invoiced correctly.
Place and track purchase orders (POs) for materials.
Resolve invoice issues related to shipping/receiving.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide monthly/weekly reports.
Work closely with suppliers to manage orders and expedite deliveries as needed.
Ensure accurate invoicing and data management.
Assist with key supply chain projects for robotic solutions.
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of supply chain processes and PO workflows.
Strong vendor/supplier management and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, supply chain, etc.).

Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working with databases and data management tools.
