Branch Manager & NJ Business Division Head (Korean speaking)
Location: Fort Lee, NJ (on-site)
Position Overview:
A global banking organization is seeking an experienced Branch Manager and NJ Business Division Head to lead their Fort Lee branch and oversee the bank's business operations in the New Jersey region. This individual will be responsible for managing branch operations to meet customer financial needs, implementing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with branch staff to achieve growth goals. This role also involves overseeing marketing efforts for the NJ region, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering communication between the branch and upper management.
For this position, we are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of the credit sector, along with experience as a Branch Manager or Relationship Manage
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Bank Branch Manager
Bilingual (English and Korean) skills required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall business performance in the NJ region, supporting Branch Managers with marketing and business development efforts
Collaborate with other NJ Branch Managers and Loan Center staff to meet KPI goals set by the bank
Engage in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives to enhance the bank's community presence and drive new business
