Position: Technical Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Intake of T4T and Tech Enablement projects.
Tracking / Management of T4T and Tech Enablement projects that span multiple teams within and beyond O2.
Should have managed integration projects
Lead some technical projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and work proactively to mitigate them.
Develop project plans and schedules and track them.
Beyond projects, helping with post mortem management.
Post Mortem action items tracking
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technical program management, or a related role.
Previous engineering background
Proven track record of managing software releases in an agile environment.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment automation tools.
Experience leading cross-functional technical programs, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including offshore.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and driving continuous improvement.
Good understanding of APIs
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) or agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
Familiarity with program management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
