Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing steel manufacturer in Cofield, NC who is hiring a General Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity overseeing anywhere from 40-90 employees.
Responsibilities:
General Manager will direct and coordinate activities of the organization, administering policies, procedures, and business objectives
Manager will oversee manufacturing and logistics operations
Manager will review production and operating reports, resolving operations, manufacturing, and facility issues to ensure minimum costs and improve delivery times
Manager will analyze costs and forecast data
Manager will review and prepare budgets, financial reporting, budgetary planning for capital expenditures
Manager will manage material requirements improving inventory and stock levels
Requirements:
Candidates must have extensive Management experience in Manufacturing environments
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of budgetary planning and production planning
Candidates must have a lean manufacturing mindset
Candidates with a steel manufacturing or heavy industrial manufacturing background a plus
