As we enter a high-growth phase, we are looking for a strategic VP of Talent to lead our talent acquisition and development efforts, ensuring we build a world-class team to support our scaling and IPO goals.

Role Overview:

As the VP of Talent, you will spearhead the development of our talent strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent across key functions. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, optimize onboarding processes, and lead initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. This role will be key in shaping the future of our workforce as we scale and prepare for IPO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategy to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for critical roles, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for engineering, product, and business functions.
  • Onboarding & Development: Build onboarding programs that help new hires integrate successfully and develop ongoing training initiatives to support professional growth.
  • Culture & Retention: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation, creating programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a workforce that reflects our global ambitions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure talent strategies are aligned with the company's business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a VP of Talent, Head of People, or senior HR leadership role, ideally at a high-growth tech startup.
  • Track record of building and scaling talent acquisition strategies in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment for technical roles, particularly in AI, software, or tech-driven companies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team, drive change, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, with a passion for creating equitable workplaces.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges of pre-IPO startups, including high-growth scaling and talent retention.
