This opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to $55,000.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide crucial administrative support to a dynamic property management team, including the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Property Administrator, Tenant Relations Specialist, and Finance Manager.
  • Handle tenant requests and issues with efficiency through the work order system and email, ensuring top-notch resolution.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair services for both the hotel and parking garage, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Manage correspondence and communication with tenants, vendors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
  • Maintain meticulous records and files related to property management operations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the Property Administrator with routine office tasks such as data entry and report preparation, keeping operations streamlined.
  • Engage directly with tenants to enhance their experience and address any concerns with a personal touch.
  • Play a role in organizing and coordinating exciting property events or meetings, contributing to a vibrant community environment.

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong preference for direct tenant interaction.
  • Proficient in property management software, work order systems, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
