Responsibilities
  • Meet and Greet all guest
  • Handle Phones and email exchanges
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Manage daily operations
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocols
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook)
