A reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant is needed at an esteemed global finance firm in Midtown, NY. This position will support multiple busy executives with a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Serve as gatekeeper to the executive and handle communications
Maintain calendars and organize meetings across time zones
Arrange domestic and international travel, monitor expenses, and prepare reports
Manage meeting logistics and distribute materials as needed
Support ad-hoc administrative needs and special projects
