We're seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Head Concierge and Property Manager. This role combines on-site and remote work, overseeing the daily operations of luxury properties in Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine.
Responsibilities include:
Guest and vendor communication
Scheduling, overseeing, and inspecting the housekeeping team
Preparing luxury homes for guest arrivals
Providing concierge services (e.g., private chef and yacht rentals)
We are looking for someone who understands the luxury brand experience, thrives on customer service, and is excited to grow into a larger role with our company. You must live locally, have a presentable appearance, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to meet and greet high-end clientele. Experience in the vacation rental industry is a must.
