Job Summary:

Unified Defense is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Byron, GA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting various administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the HR team, Financial Admin, and CEO, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
  • ISO Audit Facilitation: Assist with preparing documentation and coordinating activities for ISO audits, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage important documents, including maintaining filing systems and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Cross-Department Support: Assist with projects across HR, finance, and other departments as needed.
  • Office Reception: Handle front desk responsibilities, greet visitors, and manage incoming phone calls and mail.
  • Financial Support: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget reporting.
  • HR Assistance: Help with employee onboarding, records management, and training coordination.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), basic QuickBooks experience, notary licensing a plus, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a team-oriented mindset.
