Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Tinley Park, Illinois. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including answering calls, maintaining customer records, and providing support to the sales team. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary
• Provide support to the sales team, assisting with customer service and sales-related tasks
• Assist in filing and organizing office documents and records
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers and team members
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
