Job Summary
This role focuses on serving as the primary architect for SAP Production Planning (PP), Shop Floor Execution, and Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. The candidate will support both ongoing production issues and new development initiatives within the SDLC framework.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP Production Planning, Execution, and Plant Maintenance in the S/4 HANA environment.
Support and develop SAP PP/PM reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Prepare technical design documents and detailed specifications for ABAP programming.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal customers, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project implementation.
Lead the localization process for new merger and acquisition (M&A) locations, guiding external consultants as needed.
Handle configuration, integration, and implementation of SAP modules, including MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
ASCM CPIM or SAP PP Certification is preferred.
8-10 years of experience in SAP PP and SAP PM with expertise in batch-managed environments.
Completed at least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP ECC/S/4 HANA.
Extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Materials Management, and Order Settlement processes.
Expertise in Forecasting/Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning for Process Industries, Shop Floor Execution, and Quality Management.
Strong understanding of SAP Master Data: Resources, BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, Equipment, Functional Locations, Preventative Maintenance Plans, etc.
Knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO.
