Assist the Project Manager in the successful management and achievement of project objectives
Promote best practice for project control and reporting (planning and scheduling, cost, risk, document control, procurement)
Manage the project control procedures and documentation
Responsible for overall planning and scheduling.
Responsible for overall cost control.
Responsible for risk management.
Responsible for document control.
Identify trends and provide analysis and risk evaluation of project execution issues and coordinate recovery plans.
Manage the integration of cost and schedules for Engineering, Construction/Installation and Commissioning/Start-up activities.
Develop, analyze and issue the baseline, status and forecast for project cost and schedule
Manage the project cash flow, identify trends and provide analysis to Project Manager.
Ensure all changes are identified, implemented, documented and managed in a timely and efficient manner, using an auditable mechanism for tracking changes (MOC).
Oversee and coordinate the invoicing and payment process (Engineering Service Provider, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc.) including the approval cycles.
Provide early alerts of conflicts or challenges in terms of cost and scheduling
Compile, consolidate and issue project weekly/monthly progress reports
Develops the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
