That's why we're looking for a responsible team member to join us. Your duties will be instrumental in supporting our advisors and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and helping with our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. A successful associate will be the backbone of our office and advisors' efficient and smooth day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Answer and direct phone calls • Greet and direct clients/visitors • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms • Assist in the preparation of advisor meetings • Help maintain document imaging • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers • Help maintain and update client information • Help process client service requests • Assist other support associates & advisors • Back-up when other team members are out of office • Maintain firm policy processes and procedures
Skills: • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Working knowledge of office equipment • Proficiency in MS Office • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • High School or equivalent - Business degree preferred
