Job Summary:
My client is a growing Material Handling Dealer and Maintenance & Repair service provider. The Operations Manager will initially manage the service department's operations, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires the ability to lead a team of technicians and manage customer relationships. As we grow, this person would ideally grow into increased Operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technicians, providing mentorship and support.
Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians to ensure timely completion of service calls.
Ensure all equipment is serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.
Monitor technician performance and provide training as necessary.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
4-year Degree
5+ years of experience working for an equipment dealer that offers maintenance and repair services and rental services.
Experience with dispatch or leading service technicians.
Desired to grow into a higher level leadership or GM function.
