The pay rate range listed, includes a $3 season end bonus for every hour worked from start date if employee remains active and available to work through the end of the season, April 30 and will be paid out in May.

RESULTS STATEMENT
The Plow Operator completely, efficiently and safely operates equipment to ensure that parking lots, roadways and walks are plowed and/or shoveled, beyond the clients expectations.

TACTICAL WORK
Accurately records hours worked in AspireReviews Battle Board for daily assignmentsDaily monitors GroupMe, and promptly responds to requests for workAttends and contributes at morning muster and other meetings, providing feedback on efficiency concernsReviews visit notes for every assigned property, asking for clarification when neededStages truck according to SOP for every stormCompletely and efficiently plows parking lots and roadways from edge to edge with no residual snow left overUses additional equipment, such as shovels and snow blowers, to ensure the route is complete to company standards which may involve shoveling sidewalks and other locationsEnsures that snow is stored in designated areas according to Scribble Maps if there are specific requests (places to not put snow or specific requests for snow locations)Ensures that route is followed in orderCommunicates with reporting manager first, DL secondSafely operates equipment without damaging customer, public or BSS property and wears reflective clothing when needed (BSS provides vests upon request)Proactively maintains equipment via Autosist equipment checklists, pre/post operationPromptly reports malfunctioning equipment to Shop Mechanic via Autosist work order.Immediately reports property damage to DL via text, including picturesExhibits willingness to work on any company crew (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)

TRABAJO TCTICO
Registra con precisin las horas trabajadas en Aspire.Revisa el Battle Board para las asignaciones diarias.Monitorea diariamente GroupMe y responde rpidamente a las solicitudes de trabajo.Asiste y contribuye en el muster matutino y otras reuniones, proporcionando comentarios sobre preocupaciones de eficiencia.Revisa las notas de visita para cada propiedad asignada, pidiendo aclaraciones cuando sea necesario.Prepara el camin de acuerdo con el SOP para cada tormenta.Arara completa y eficientemente los estacionamientos y carreteras de borde a borde sin dejar nieve residual.Utiliza equipo adicional, como palas y sopladores de nieve, para asegurar que la ruta est completa segn los estndares de la empresa, lo que puede involucrar el arado de aceras y otras ubicaciones.Asegura que la nieve se almacene en las reas designadas segn los Scribble Maps si hay solicitudes especficas (lugares donde no poner nieve o solicitudes especficas para ubicaciones de nieve).Asegura que la ruta se siga en orden.Se comunica primero con el gerente reportante, y luego con el DL.Opera el equipo de manera segura sin daar propiedad del cliente, pblica o de BSS, y usa ropa reflectante cuando sea necesario (BSS proporciona chalecos a solicitud).Mantiene proactivamente el equipo a travs de listas de verificacin de Autosist, antes y despus de la operacin.Informa de inmediato sobre el equipo defectuoso al Mecnico del Taller a travs de una orden de trabajo de Autosist.Informa inmediatamente sobre daos a la propiedad al Gerente de Oficina y al DL por mensaje de texto, incluyendo fotos.Exhibe disposicin para trabajar en cualquier equipo de la empresa (BSS prefiere y ofrece oportunidades para empleo durante todo el ao).
