Description: Our client, a global leader in e-commerce, is currently seeking a UX Designer II to join their Seller Experience Team. This role focuses on enhancing the selling experience for hobby and collectible sellers around the world.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on seller tool and product designs based on user needs, data, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
Serve as a subject matter expert on UX practices and solutions for small business hobby and collectible sellers.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with engineering, product, and business partners to create solutions that satisfy both user needs and business objectives.
Design accessible, scalable user experiences from initial sketches through high-fidelity wireframes and final deliverables.
Work with UX Researchers/Strategists on testing protocols and synthesizing customer insights to align UX solutions with customer expectations.
Innovate and improve design processes to enhance product quality and delivery speed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of UX Design experience, with expertise in designing tools and workflows for small businesses in e-commerce and online marketplaces.
Demonstrated success in managing UX projects from concept through completion.
Proven experience in designing for the full life cycle of software products, from strategy to launch.
Ability to oversee all UX activities and deliverables of a project independently.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other standard design tools.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive design for web and mobile web.
Experience conducting user research with a focus on usability testing and solution mapping.
Ability to leverage A/B testing tools and analyze user feedback to enhance user experience.
