Location: Noblesville, IN
Description: Our client is currently seeking two Associate Patient Care Coordinators for their clinic in Noblesville, IN
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing quality customer service to patients.
- Appointment scheduling
- Crafting accurate and informative documentation
- Answering phones in a fast-paced call center,
- Basic knowledge of medical insurance
- Navigating EMR system
- High School diploma or GED
- Electronic Medical Record systems (EPIC would be great)
- Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams
