As a Digital Web Product Analyst, you will lead the development and optimization of our client's digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of our digital roadmap. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our client's digital offerings, enhance user experiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for our digital products and services, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
Roadmap Delivery: Understand and deliver on strategic priorities in the product roadmap.
User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience of our digital products, conducting usability testing and iterating on designs as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate feature creation status to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key product metrics and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products or services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
