Location: New York City, NY
Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a permanent, direct hire position, fully on site in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with ownership, wholesale partners, and accounting team.
- Monitor aging receivables and coordinate escalated collection efforts.
- Serve as the primary escalation resource for priority receivables.
- Audit accounting team work for efficiency and accuracy.
- Support facility collection efforts.
- Report on Excel.
- Contact customers regarding accounting issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or substantial experience.
- 4+ years in Accounts, preferably Receivable/Collections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
