Location: Rutherfordton, NC
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for their manufacturing facility to work closely with the Plant Manager in supporting and enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have the responsibility to execute HR processes, policies and programs. This company has a fantastic, people centered culture. Annual turnover is low. They have been growing for years and are continuing to do so at this location with the creation of this position. This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Implement and administer programs and policies that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations
- Support the execution of the Performance Management Process
- Administer talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention following all Federal, Local and Company requirements, including understanding resource competition.
- Affirmative action and equal employment compliance
- Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
- Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
- Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy
- Support culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
- 3+plus years related experience in a manufacturing organization;
- SHRM / PHR certifications a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
