Job Title: Business Execution Support Specialist (Contingent)


Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)


Job Summary: Join our team as a Business Execution Support Specialist, where you will assist with low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. You will handle basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures, providing quick solutions for low-risk tasks and deliverables. Under the guidance of a supervisor, you will develop an understanding of our functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.


• Review and resolve basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures.


• Develop an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.

Project Summary: You will support the Derivative Collateral Management team. Senior team members will focus on optimization efforts while newer team members handle day-to-day tasks. You may also be involved in ad-hoc tasks based on your skill set.


Department Overview: Our department manages the collateralization of derivatives, repurchase agreements (repo), forwards, TBA Agency MBS, and foreign exchange (FX) businesses. Located in Charlotte, we support nearly 30,000 clients across various product lines and legal entities. We handle approximately 700 margin calls daily and manage the settlement and collateral for these clients.


Top Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of loan, securities, and derivative products.


• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Macros, V-Lookups, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• FINRA Series 7 license (inactive acceptable).


• Familiarity with Tableau for reporting.


• Knowledge of FX products, collateral, fixed income products, swaps, accounting, equity FX background, general ledger, client-facing experience, etc.


• Ability to interpret International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) Master Agreements, Credit Support Annex (CSA), MSFTA, and GMRA documents.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.


• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and self-discipline.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in the capital markets industry or similar field.
