Job Description:

Provides analysis and helps resolve payroll issues. Under general supervision.

Essential Functions

• Identifies and helps to address systems issues and customer inquiries in compliance with company policies.


• Analyzes and helps to resolve matters pertaining to tax, wage and hour compliance, garnishments, applicable regulatory requirements.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in Payroll, Financial Systems Processing, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit or Operational Analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of personal computer applications.

Good analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience with identifying and implementing automated processes improvements/efficiencies, using QDM * ADP Smart Compliance knowledge for Payroll Taxes * Audit/Controls/Payroll background or certification, including SOX compliance * Advanced Data Analysis * Proven experience in payroll processing and administration. * Government Payroll and Tax Audit Experience - Responding and Data Collection * Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification * Canadian Payroll Tax experience
