Union Area School District Anticipated Opening Long-Term Substitute Elementary Special Education The Union Area School District in New Castle, PA, is accepting applications for an anticipated opening for a long-term substitute in elementary special education beginning on October 21,2024, and lasting through the end of the school year. Individuals must hold a valid PA Special Education certificate. The deadline for applying is Friday, September 27. All application materials must be received by 3 pm to be fully considered. Only complete applications will be considered. Long-term substitutes are employed through Kelly Services, our substitute staffing agency.
