Job Type: FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]


Pay Range: $45 to $50/HR.

Job Description:



As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis are recommended. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness Must have clarity functional knowledge and work experience. Should have hands on experience in Erwin tool with healthcare experience.



Responsibilities:



Responsible for designing and implementing data models using advanced Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. You will work closely with the project team to analyze data requirements and develop effective data models. Design and implement data models using advanced Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. Collaborate with project team to analyze data requirements and develop effective data models. Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of data models. Utilize ERwin to develop and maintain data models. Good Knowledge in Azure Databricks and Snowflake as per business needs. Hands on experience in ERwin tool. Good Experience in Oracle, Synapse and other RDBMS. Good experience in Azure DevOps Process
