Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Technical Product Manager to join their team.

Overview:
This person handles all releases for POS systems, which are the funnel for all our features. Some of these features are POS-related, while others connect to different aspects within POS (e.g., handling credit card transactions). The process includes managing payment tokens and checkout functionalities. A large portion of our services go through POS, with the final step being regression testing and validation.

We aim to consistently merge features, validate them, and enable feature flags. This involves iterating through initiatives to activate different features, functioning much like a continuous train.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in APS, APIs, and data management; This includes the ability to search for relevant data and leverage it to manage product development and deliverables


• Value Correlation: Defining and correlating the work to the business value is essential, as the ultimate goal is to align with strategic objectives


• Delivery Mechanisms: Understanding software delivery mechanisms to ensure smooth rollouts


• API Understanding: Clear comprehension of how APIs work and how systems connect behind the scenes


• Backend Management: Expertise in managing technical backend procedures and processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
