As an EHS Intern you will be assisting in the development and deployment of required EHS programs Logan, UT manufacturing location.

What you'll do:

• Work closely and in coordination with the site EHS Lead & Value Stream (VS)/IH Specialist, to learn and understand the role of the EHS Specialist in the VS as well as the DHR DBS tools.


• Provide direct EHS support for assigned Value Stream(s).


• Working with the site IH, assist in finalizing the site IH/OH programs as well as the development of the site Health Risk Assessment and the site annual sampling plan. Based on the site annual sampling plan, conduct IH monitoring to determine associate occupational exposures. Document monitoring results, develop reports, communicate with VS owners' and associates, etc.

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled in a college-based program in occupational health and safety or related field, seeking an internship opportunity.


• Ability to work independently once direction is provided and work in a fast paste and highly dynamic environment.


• Basic understanding and/or use of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
