Job Description:

Position Summary:


A capital management firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This position will manage the day-to-day accounting operations and oversee the accounting team.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and approve all transactions and system changes


• Manage the month-end closing process


• Manage financial reporting operations in an effective, timely manner


• Review invoices and assist in the billing process


• Forecast and monitor daily cash flow


• Make adjustments as needed to maximize all accounting processes efficiently


• Maintain internal controls


• Keep records and ensure confidentiality


• Train and manage new and existing hires at the staff level

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting


• 5+ years of experience


• Public accounting experience is a plus
