Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for an HR Administrator on a definite one-year contract. Based in Malta.

How you will make an impact:

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide support and upkeep of current and future HR systems, processes and procedures. Maintain the HR systems and tools that will act as enablers towards achieving the site strategy. Assist in the daily running of the HR department. Act as a point of reference for the HR department and provide first-level support to colleagues on HR matters.

Needs to be able to handle sensitive information both internally and externally and communicate effectively and influence behaviors.

Act as a point of reference for the HR department on day-to-day issues and provide first-level support to colleagues as needed and as directed by the HR Director—International.

• Support in updating and maximizing the use of HR systems.
• Support in the quarterly headcount process.
• Support in the bi-annual performance process.
• Support in the yearly merit increase process.
• Support in the drafting of new standard operating procedures.
• Support in the recruitment process – on-boarding/ off-boarding and/ or access transfer.
• Support in the training and development tasks.
• Assist in the setup of Company activities.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

• Higher level of education.
• Certification in HR or equivalent.
• Conversant with MS Office applications.
• Language proficiency in English and Maltese.

Preferred:

• Be well versed with Malta employment law.

Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
