Title: Project Coordinator


Pay: $25-$28


Hours/Lunch: Core hours are 9am-6pm. After training, flexible to work 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm


Dress Code: casual


6-month plus contract


Location: Remote


Job Description:


The Project Coordinator is responsible for guiding new clients through the process of developing websites from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will be tasked with managing client relationships and projects while providing consultative advice for improving a dealerships web presence, conversion rate, and SEO. The Project Coordinator is expected to communicate professionally with clients to develop their new website. They will be responsible for completing their assigned website and ensuring all tasks/requirements are done before going live with the site. This is a mid-level position in the Headquarters location (Rockville, MD).


Essential Functions:


* Balance work tasks and due dates to ensure on-time completion of website builds


* Effectively communicate to all project stakeholders


* Facilitate the distribution of work within and outside of the Implementation team


* Ensure that quality of the work meets the company's high standards


* Provide superior written and verbal customer service


* Properly identify issues in need of escalation and follow proper escalation procedures


* Employ creativity to solve customer problems


* Adapt to process changes while maintaining a positive attitude


* Remain ahead of industry trends and provide educated feedback to clients regarding their digital strategies


* Coordinate communication with clients


Required Skills/Experience:


* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience


* 1+ years of prior experience in website content management


* Detail-oriented


* Ability to communicate professionally with customers/business partners over the phone and through email


* Ability to manage projects from start to finish and deliver ahead of due dates


* Ability to thrive in a fluid environment where priorities shift day-to-day, and in some cases, hour-by-hour


* Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook


Preferred Skills/Experience:


* 3 years of prior experience in website content management


* Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS (Desired, but not required)


* Experience in a fast-paced, environment. Start-up environment experience a plus


* Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
