Position Overview:
As an Independent Contractor Remote Customer Service Representative with IVS, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, offering assistance and resolving issues from your home office. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide solutions and support for customer questions and concerns regarding products or services.
- Document and manage customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Promote and offer additional products and services as appropriate based on customer needs.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, including confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certification or college coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Personal equipment required: Windows-based computer (MacBooks are not compatible), headset with microphone, and other necessary accessories.
