The Senior Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for developing and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, and ensuring the company's rewards programs are competitive and aligned with business objectives. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to design and implement effective total rewards strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Analyze internal compensation data to ensure equitable pay practices and compliance with organizational policies.
Develop and recommend salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
Assist in the design and implementation of executive compensation programs.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits plans to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, program performance, and budget impacts.
Utilize HRIS and other analytical tools to maintain and analyze compensation and benefits data.
Conduct salary and benefits audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and changes in legislation affecting total rewards.
Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits matters.
Address employee inquiries and issues related to compensation and benefits.
Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to compensation and benefits.
Lead and manage special projects related to total rewards, such as compensation reviews or benefits redesigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)) preferred.
5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, with a strong understanding of total rewards strategies and practices. Experience in a senior or lead role preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and other analytical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
