IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our top clients in the Brentwood, TN area for a 6 month contract role. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous data entry, project coordination, administrative experience! Please apply below if you meet the requirements:
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
Invoice entry and getting the invoices entered into SAP tool/pushed through the system so they can be approved and paid out.
Handling heavy loads of daily data Entry
Managing a budget of over 300,000,000 annually
Writing contracts, filing documents, and perform basic accounting functions
Basic accounting processes and interpretation
Receive an average of 30-40 invoices/day = 10,000+/- per year
Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:
1-3 years of experience in any of the following roles:
Experience in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Experience working with SAP, Ariba or Workfront
Construction industry experience would be a huge plus
Someone who understands basic principles of debits and credits
Attention to detail and multitasking
Flexible and ability to adapt to changes regularly.
