Position Summary: Responsible for successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.

Desired Skills & Experience: A minimum of 15 years' experience in the electrical Industry and ten years of Project Manager experience required. Sound working knowledge of all MS office applications required. A working knowledge of project Cost Controls, Estimating, Purchasing Procedures and Logistics Management required. Must have strong leadership skills, strong oral communication skills, active listening skills, and excellent writing skills. Must be able to work cooperatively with a variety of personalities. A working knowledge of all applicable disciplines of construction drawings required. General construction experience required.

Position Accountabilities:
  • Perform project setup duties, conduct project kickoff meetings.
  • Assist in setting up project team.
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
  • Produce project-based reports internally and externally
  • Oversee the proactive coordination of project scope with Project Team, Operations Department and the Purchasing Department to achieve maximum efficiency and cost management
  • Must adhere to and have a sound working knowledge of all company policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for the development and enforcement of policies, structure, reports and procedures within the department.
  • Audits and oversees project specific tasks including: cost controls, schedule compliance, productivity, quality, scope definition and contract changes.
  • Produce project close out reports and conduct lessons learned meetings.
  • Responsible for reviewing records and reports essential to the effective operation of ongoing projects and assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Industry Leading Compensation: $135,200 - $149,760 annually DOE
  • Medical/Dental/Vision plan active the month following start date
