We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Manager to oversee pricing in the region. The ideal candidate is flexible with a proactive and problem solving mindset, passion for numbers, and loves challenges.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and execute pricing strategies across the region.
Enhance market competitiveness and improve price perception.
Significantly improve gross margins through strategic pricing.
Manage pricing for OEM, OCM, and alternative brands.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to transition OEM brands to alternatives.
Drive product range development in collaboration with global teams.
Monitor and analyze competition, tailoring strategies by geography and product line.
Implement market-driven pricing adjustments and assess their impact on volume and margin.
Collaborate closely with sales teams and key accounts, with occasional travel in the region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in pricing management, with a track record of success in identifying and capitalizing on pricing opportunities.
Strong business acumen and product competency, particularly in industrial components, material handling, or automotive sectors.
Ability to manage a complex product portfolio in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
Bachelor's in Management/Business or a related field.
3+ years of experience in pricing management preferred.
