HR GeneralistResponsibilities:
Lead recruitment processes, foster strong employee relations and manage benefits administration. Prioritize bridging the gap between HR and employees, emphasizing a balance of robust leadership and employee satisfaction
Drive improvements in training and development practices to enhance the workforce's skills and capabilities
Innovate and implement strategies to foster positive employee relations, creating a work environment where everyone can thrive
Beproactive in identifying HR-related issues and areas for improvement. Develop and present actionable plans to leadership on executing these improvements
HR GeneralistRequirements:
We're seeking candidates with a solid background in HR, bringing 3+ years of hands-on experience in a generalist role
Prior experience in the manufacturing or warehouse space is crucial for success in this role. Understanding the unique dynamics of these environments is key
Demonstrated strength in employee relations and training, showcasing your ability to connect with employees and enhance their professional development
Must be onsite 5 days a week in Gary, IN
