Accurately performs insurance verification's by taking inbound calls from or performing outbound calls to Insurance Agents/Regional Offices, and or research approved websites to verify insurance information as needed for each specific situation.
Work the inbound/outbound call queue by taking/making inbound/outbound calls or web verifications.
Accurately composes written information for contracts histories.
Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to all Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancels.
Process insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the tracking system.
Review insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements.
