Position Overview



The CRM and Onboarding Specialist has two main objectives:


• External Customer and Internal Stakeholders: COS is responsible for managing the customer onboarding process and ensuring the customer is fully onboarded in a timely manner. They are the SPOC (single point of contact) for the customer and are responsible for all aspects of the implementation process. These include setting up the account properly to meet requirements and ensure other team members are aware of the current timeline to exceed customer expectation.


• Sales Internal: COS is a professional who specializes in managing and optimizing a company's CRM system. Their role is crucial for ensuring field sales requests for quote management, opportunities and maintenance meets the organization's needs, enhancing user experience, and leveraging the system to support business goals. They focus on streamlining processes, maintaining data integrity, and enabling teams to work more efficiently.









Responsibilities


  • Manage onboarding projects to be completed within the required timelines.

  • Keep all systems updated with the necessary data and keep internal stakeholders aware of the current timelines.

  • Understand the onboarding process and make sure it's followed including all documents are collected.

  • Providing system administration support to field sales, particularly related to opportunity and quote management

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules to improve release times

  • Responsible for progress reports, status meetings, and other communications with internal corporate teams

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for field sales CRM and customer with the collection of forms and documents

  • Identify, manage, and escalate issues that may arise during CRM and onboarding management.

  • Organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced unpredictable environment.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience




  • High School Degree or Equivalent

  • 1 to 3 years in CRM and other corporate experience with demonstrated competence.

  • Client Onboarding Experience: 1-2+ years experience preferred.

  • Customer Support Experience 2+ years experience preferred.
