Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
Resolve complaints and provide top-notch support.
Maintain strong product/service knowledge and effective communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and handle follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years in a customer-focused role (manufacturing experience a plus).
Skilled in data entry and MS Office.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented with a friendly approach.
