Join our vibrant team at a dynamic public charter school, where you will provide critical administrative and office support to the school administration's and all stakeholders' engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize or facilitate the school outreach events, engaging with media, families, and partners.
Lead the creation and management of content for all school social media platforms
Draft and produce external communications, such as fundraising requests, press releases, and newsletters, that highlight the school's achievements and initiatives.
Manage website updates and write engaging blog posts to keep stakeholders informed.
Organize and coordinate school and community events.
Assist with fundraising and development initiatives to drive school success within its mission and vision
Provide administrative support, such as maintaining databases, researching and compiling data, supporting school operations, and assisting with event logistics.
Perform other duties as assigned by the school principal or designee.
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and excel in high-pressure environments.
Exceptional communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
A team-player who is trustworthy and passionate about education and community outreach.
Prior administrative or office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
