Akkodis is seeking a Test Engineer for a Contract to Hire position with a client located in Evendale OH 45215 (Onsite). Ideally looking for someone, having good experience with Labview and PLC programing.
Hourly Rate Range: $50-$65 per hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Duration- 12 months (Contract to Hire)
Qualifications/Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree on Mechanical Engineering, Electric engineering or Controls from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an industrial or lab environment involving trouble shooting of machines.
Required skills:
Solid understanding on the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical, data collection and controls components and sub-systems of a precision machine or test system;
Extensive experience in trouble shooting a precision machine or test system;
Strong hands-on mechanical skills in operating, maintaining and repairing precision machines or test systems;
Desired skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience in Labview and PLC programing.
Project management skills to execute project according to schedule and within budget.
Personal skills required to collaborate with suppliers and other internal teams.
