The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From bookkeeping, scheduling client meetings, to communicating within the organization, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Maintain all accounts payable and receivable in multiple companies
Reconcile accounts
Communicate with vendors
Administratively assist owners as needed
Organize and prioritize emails
Produce reports on weekly basis
Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
