POW WOW PRODUCTS is a prolific market leading wholesale distributor currently supplying the major retail organizations within the US, Canada and Europe. We supply many of the major national retailers, from big box to high end. Specializing in home accents, wall decor, and textiles.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Buyer by performing constant follow ups over all domestic and overseas production.
  • Responsible for the entire production cycle from top of lot through shipping.
  • Communicate closely with factory managers/agents while working through the production of each category.
  • Ability to detect issues with the production (OVERSEAS and domestic) and help make the item pass our Quality Control Standards.
  • Ensuring factory is producing orders on time - MUST be attention to detail
  • Responsible for all sample shipments/ordering. Take care of incoming and outgoing sample shipments (packing, unpacking, tracking, etc)
  • Keep track of all samples
  • Ability to work with overseas factories in communicating reminders
  • Be able to follow up via email in a timely manner
  • Organization of showroom

Skills: MUST BE ENTHUSIASTIC, HARDWORKING & HAVE GOOD INDEPENDENT INITITIATIVE.

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word proficient.
  • Strategic thinker, Results driven, Detail oriented, Highly organized, Sense of urgency, Collaborative
  • Strong organizational skill and work efficiency in a must.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of organization.
  • Thoroughly organized and hardworking
  • Attention to details
  • Knowledge of product development process a plus.
  • Understanding and working with trends a must.
  • FULL TIME JOB - MIAMI Office (in-person)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
