J & J Staffing Resources, one the largest independently owned temporary and direct hire staffing services, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our beautiful corporate offices in Cherry Hill, NJ! This is a full time, potential Temp to Hire position.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and time management skills. This role is also responsible for the administrative functions of the office, maintaining positive relations with clients and candidates, and developing new business.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in managing a multiline phone system
Handle or direct applicant and client inquiries
Provide assistance with recruiting including onboarding of new applicants
Assist with timecard/payroll organization and all administrative functions for the office
Support company's propriety database of clients and applicants
Contribute to the office's growth through company's strategic marketing plan which includes; new business development, client retention, and recruitment marketing

This position has a competitive base annual salary and is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. When hired permanently, this position includes paid time off, holiday and vacation pay, a full health benefit package including profit sharing. (In addition, there is monthly commission that is paid on top of salary.)
