Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Coordinator at Glamlite Cosmetics in Chatsworth, CA. The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing market research, coordinating with various manufacturers to develop new products, reviewing product designs, tracking production status and completion dates for upcoming product launches, maintaining organized spreadsheets of all new product statuses, sourcing components as well as creating custom components with manufacturers, and assuring we meet deadlines for product launches.
Qualifications
1+ yrs experience in color cosmetics
Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
Excellent project management and communication skills
