Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join Arm and help craft the future of technology by impacting the next generation of advancements in software development. In this role, you'll be part of our dynamic team of Solution Architects in the Strategy and Ecosystems group at Arm.


We work on software development methodologies, educational content, example software, and development tools. Our top priority is to ensure that software developers successfully adopt Arm technology. You will engage with developers, understand their needs, and map out either existing tool solutions or prototype new solutions that would help them achieve their project goals. You will also partner with other team members to create new tools and software to support adoption and deployment of Arm technology. We work across a variety of computing segments, including servers and cloud, mobile, laptops, and embedded systems. As part of a small and dynamic team, you will pick up a variety of engineering and technical marketing tasks that are suitable for someone new to the industry. The most important requirement is that you have the drive and willingness to learn and are as passionate about new technology as we are!



What
you could be doing as a Graduate Solutions Architect?



  • Build generative AI applications to demonstrate how AI runs best on Arm and share how to information about the development

  • Help developers migrate software to the Arm architecture by providing guidance about tools, languages, and runtime environments to get the best price performance

  • Investigate how small language models (SLMs) run on Android mobile devices and learn how to get high accuracy with a small memory footprint

These are just some of the projects you may be doing as a Graduate Solutions Architect in our team.


We are looking for individuals who:


Hold (or are on track to hold) a degree by June, July, or September 2025. This can be Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.


Qualities that will help your application stand out:


  • Strong analytical and debug skills.

  • Experience in programming, preferably in Python or C++.

  • Familiarity with Arm architecture.

  • Experience using cloud services from AWS or Azure.

  • Creative, dedicated and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
