Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and emails for regional customer base.
• Onboarding and assisting customers with eCommerce.
• Customer Account Maintenance
• Daily invoicing of customers.

• Good verbal and written skills.
• The ability to work independently and multi-task.
• You must be self-motivated.
• Have a great attention to detail.
• Must possess a teamwork mentality.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
