We are seeking a Sales Administrator for our customer, County Materials, in Astatula, FL

Job Description
The Sales Administrator will support our Outside Sales Representatives by coordinating sales-related activities while promoting customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:
· Assists in all functions of the administration team
· Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
· Monitoring and responding to emails from our shared administrator inbox
· Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
· Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales and our customers
· Loading price data to ensure accurate invoicing
· Creation and distribution of project submittals
· Creation and distribution of quotes and contracts

Qualifications and Experience:
· Associates Degree in Sales, business administration or related field preferred
· 2-3 years' experience in a sales support or customer service role
· Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to perform detailed work accurately
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong follow through skills are important
· Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
