Key Responsibilities:
Develop expert-level knowledge of products and customer applications.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Provide technical support to the sales team.Serve as a technical point of contact for customers.Stay current with product knowledge and sales processes.Create accurate price quotes based on customer needs.Process and track customer orders, providing updates as needed.Assist customers with order modifications and resolve issues.Maintain accurate customer records and order details.Collaborate with sales, accounting, operations, and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
Experience with valve systems and applications in industrial settings, including selection, sizing, and troubleshooting of valves.Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
